{"id":10206,"date":"2026-03-03T16:09:56","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T14:09:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/technicadelarte.com\/kb\/?page_id=10206"},"modified":"2026-03-05T16:03:25","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T14:03:25","slug":"known-issues","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/technicadelarte.com\/kb\/?page_id=10206","title":{"rendered":"Known Limitations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LUCI web is a solution for guests of your broadcast who don\u2019t want to or can\u2019t download the native LUCI app.<\/p>\n<p>A web browser will always has its limitations when used in live streaming.<\/p>\n<h3>General:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Closing the browser will disconnect the connection<\/li>\n<li>When using a mobile, an incoming telephone call will interrupt the connection<\/li>\n<li>When using a mobile, hiding the browser or opening another app will interrupt the connection<\/li>\n<li>No Stream Cloning capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Only ULCC or G722 codecs available (other codecs on request)<\/li>\n<li>No recording or playback functionality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Safari<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>iCloud&#8217;s+ subscription has the function &#8216;Private Relay&#8217; which sometimes prevents the LUCI web page from loading.<br \/>\n<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SOLUTION<\/span><\/em>: Turn &#8216;Private Relay&#8217; temporarily off for this device.
