The visibility of the Monitor strip depends on whether the Monitor functionality is activated in the Audio Selection Dialog.<\/p>\n

\nMonitor<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

From bottom to top:<\/p>\n

The Monitors Audio Input is used as a Talk Back Microphone. CUE will route it to the Monitors Speakers for audible test, setting its level with the Gain<\/span> knob. Above the knob it shows the name of the chosen Monitor Microphone.<\/p>\n

The Dim Mix<\/span> knob controls the level of suppression applied to the MIX audio through the Monitor speakers when a channel is engaged in Talk Back mode.<\/p>\n

The knob with the name of the chosen Monitor output controls the level on the Monitor Speakers.<\/p>\n

An indicator shows the state of the Monitor: MIX<\/span> is shown when only the mix-bus is heard through the Monitor Speakers. PRE-MIX<\/span> is the same state but indicating all channels as MUTED or not ON. The CUE<\/span> state indicates that you are listening to a Cue’d channel. If you have a channel in Talk Back mode it will show TB<\/span> or when the option “Mute Output when Talkback is ON (set when using speakers)” in the Audio Selecting Dialog is set it will show MUTED<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The VU level Meter<\/span> shows the outgoing audio level.<\/p>\n

Mix<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The Mix channel strip has Fader<\/span> to control the level of the Mix-bus to the Main Audio Output. Showing the name of the Main Mix Output chosen in the Audio Selection Dialog.<\/p>\n

The clock shows the current local system time.<\/p>\n

An indicator shows the state of the Main: ON AIR in Red<\/span> to indicate that Audio is send to the Main output, or a ON AIR in grey<\/span> to indicate no audio or silence is on the Main output. If Luci Studio MX is still working in Demo mode (without a valid license) the indicator show DEMO<\/span> during the 1 second silence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
