Edit Fade Type: The fade type to use in Edit cuts can be chosen between “Linear”, “Log” and “dB Log”(linear in dB).

On leaving the Audio Editor…
Choose your preference, either automatically save the changes, or do not change the original recording file (use Save As or Render to make a changed copy), or ask with a confirmation dialog.
