Installers for Windows can be found here. Just Download the file and double click the file. On later Windows version the system will ask if you want to start the installer as administrator, click OK and fill in the administrators name and password to continue.
Note: Luci Live needs to be installed with a Windows administrator privilege but can be used by any user account. Just be sure the Activation is done in the User Account, as licensing is per User per PC.
If you are the only one using this PC, then select “install just for me”.
If you want Luci to be used by more than one user on this PC, install and activate Luci in all User accounts using also “install just for me”.
When you want 1 LUCI installation to be shared by all users then log in as an Administrator and select “anyone using this computer”. Then other Users can use Luci, but only when they “run as Administrator”.
Press Next to continue.
Installing a new version will keep the settings/licenses of a previous installed version. From version 4.0, LUCI LIVE is moved to the 64-bit platform, and the installer will copy the settings and licenses to the new location. However, it is never a good practice to keep the 32-bit version, so we added the opportunity to deinstall a previously installed 32-bit version. On Start it will detect a 32-bit version and will show you a message:By pressing Yes, Uninstall ! 32-bit version will be uninstalled.
LUCI LIVE starts in fully functional demo mode. It will mute the audio I/O for 1 second every 20 seconds. This is the only difference compared to a purchased full version. For a full version you have to buy an activation code at our shop at technicadelarte.com
On first use of the network, Windows will show the following message:
This will open the firewall of the system to allow LUCI to receive the incoming stream, so it’s imperative that you check the boxes and Allow it.
