V 1.0.6 for iPhone
V 1.0.6 is now available for all users of our AdHoc versions and also submitted to the App-store. To receive the download link of the updated AdHoc version please send an email to iphone@luci.eu . App-store update is expected to be available on your iPhone in 1-2 weeks. New features:
- IPV6 fully supported.
- Changed function of right slider from Mic cue level to Mic level, in the same go we added an input limiter also.
- Limiter added in headphone output.
- Added overload indicator(peak goes red) and limiter indicator (peak goes orange) for OUT level meter.
- Improved icons below sliders.
- Press Headphone icon below left slider to Mute/Unmute headphone.
- Press Mic icon below right slider to switch Input cue On/Off.
- Adding a new phonebook (“Add a new station from URL”) will now replace the old one.
Bugs solved:
- Behavior of connection indicator at IN level meter improved.
V 2.1.3 features a Mic input limiter for Windows Mobile
An input limiter has been added. So if you increase the input gain the limiter will make sure that the resulting signal is nicely limited to 0 dB maximum output level.
Only for Windows Mobile.
Also, a bug, in version 2.1.2 only, was solved where you had to switch off the Antenna-button before you were able to connect to the same station again.
V 2.1.2 available and Echo server now also on IPV6
Our echo server is now available for IPV6 connections with Luci. If you don’t have an IPV6 internet connection yet, no sweat, Luci will automatically use the “old” IPV4 then.
In addition to this, V2.1.2 is available for PC and Windows Mobile:
- QOS options added to Windows Mobile version.
- QOS and Flow options can now be added to the Server database file. See example/template here .
Bugs solved:
- Only on 2.1 and only with Windows XP, Luci Live would start with an error.
IPV6 now fully supported on Windows
Latest version 2.1 improvements:
- Full support of IPV6
- QOS using DiffServ and Flow control for Windows Vista and Windows 7
- Connecting with N/ACIP-protocol without REGISTER now works when you are behind NAT.
Bugs solved:
- With N/ACIP, a server address with only an ip-address or URL used to crash Luci Live.
App store version updated
V 1.0.4 is now available in the App store.
iPhone V 1.0.4
Some improvements:
- Delay on your monitor/cue signal is halved: 50 ms when using AAC encoders and 25 ms for all other encoding types. Expect this to come down even more in the future.
- AAC types of coding is now even more optimized, expect still more optimizations in the future.
- Some cosmetic changes regarding the wording at some places.
iPhone V 1.0.3
A small bug is solved in this version:
- In the return channel, small audible ticks were heard now and then. But only when AAC-HE outgoing codec was chosen while the return channel was coded in AAC.

Bugs solved
- distortion at -6dB when a stereo Codec came IN and Force Mono was On.
- The Gain or headphone levels are not changed anymore when the knobs are not visible.

Luci Live for iPhone V 1.0.2
New versions contains some new features and bugs solved.
Features
- AAC-HEV2 stereo codec added.
- Luci Live will now automatically initiate an internet connection when there is none.
Bugs
- MP2 decoder did not work at stereo, only mono
- source port for RTP was always 5002, is now the same as destination port, as normal.
