LUCI web is a solution for guests of your broadcast who don’t want to or can’t download the native LUCI app.

A web browser will always has its limitations when used in live streaming.

General:

• Closing the browser will disconnect the connection
• When using a mobile, an incoming telephone call will interrupt the connection
• When using a mobile, hiding the browser or opening another app will interrupt the connection
• No Stream Cloning capabilities
• Only ULCC or G722 codecs available (other codecs on request)
• No recording or playback functionality

Safari

• iCloud’s+ subscription has the function ‘Private Relay’ which sometimes prevents the LUCI web page from loading.
  SOLUTION: Turn ‘Private Relay’ temporarily off for this device. Go to ‘System Settings’ > ‘iCloud+’ > ‘Private Relay’ > ‘Turn off till tomorrow’
